A good friend, brother, confidant, colleague and guy I travel with, Alex Koehler, shared this blog with me.
This blog makes me want to jump for joy because it put a feeling that I have been having into perspective for me.
We teach the why. Through the MOD, Good to Great Retreats, BMC weekends, Leadership Academy, Regional Conferences, Convention, Conclave, etc. Everyone teaches our undergraduates, how to think about our why. It is essentially why our organization matters.
Something I feel that advisors, facilitators, staff, etc. haven’t been telling our undergraduates… GO!
Now that you have created action plans and goals, and have all the energy in the world…GO!
Success isn’t in the constant goal setting and meetings to plan events. It is literally doing those things.
It is going out and recruiting 20 guys.
It is going out and starting a conversation about something you care about.
It is raising money for SeriousFun Children’s Network.
It is helping your community in any way that you can.
Just do stuff!
Stop thinking, and start doing.

Get up, and GO DO SOMETHING!
